Privacy Notice

Peninsula Heart Clinic (“PHC”) is part of an independent hospital group providing NHS and private services. Peninsula Heart Clinic is an independent sector facility run by Regent’s Park Heart Clinics Limited. University Hospitals Plymouth NHS Trust has contracted with PHC to deliver a number of NHS health services. Within the Peninsula Heart Clinic we also treat privately funded patients. Our Privacy Notice relates to both NHS and private patients. 

 

Data Protection Laws set out the obligations Regent's Park Healthcare (RPH) has to you for the processing of your Personal Data. When we use or disclose your personal data we will comply with these Laws.

Your Personal Data is data which by itself or with other data available to RPH can be used to identify you as an individual. RPH is the Data Controller.
