Patient Feedback Scores

For patients undergoing a cardiac procedure, we ask 12 key patient feedback questions across a number of key areas including:

• Involvement in decision making
• Physical environment
• Consultant care
• Nurse Care
• Dignity and privacy
• Cleanliness
• Likely to recommend

In the twelve month period ending 31/12/2022, 825 patients completed our feedback surveys, a response rate of 98.5%, and from these 9,900 responses (825 x 12) we achieved an average patient feedback score of 99.00% across all twelve questions. Our patients gave us a score of 100% across eight of our twelve questions.
